Carnie Wilson, daughter of legendary founding Beach Boy member Brian Wilson, has a multi-faceted career as a five-time Grammy-nominated singer (Wilson Phillips), songwriter, talk show host, actress, author, public speaker, and mother.

Carnie has been a public speaker and motivator for thousands of people, sharing her struggles with addiction, mental health, alcoholism, weight loss, postpartum depression, motherhood, and wellness. She has been in recovery for over 20 years.
